Men's Ministry

Welcome to tKCC's Men's Ministry. In it's early stages, the men's ministry (called ignite) has three main parts; a saturday breakfast every 6 weeks or so, ad-hoc guys things like hillwalking days, football games or video nights and an annual trip to the 'xcel' conference in Bradford.

The Breakfast has been going since 2007 and was set up to meet the growing desire among men of all ages in the congregation to meet with, learn and experience fellowship with other men of God. The vision behind the Men's Breakfast is to create an environment in which we can be authentic and encourage one another to grow into the men God intended us to be.

"Be strong, show yourself a man and observe all the Lord your God requires." 1 Kings 2:2-3

Each breakfast begins at 09:00 in the church with a bacon/sausage buttie, a selection of rolls and baker's goodies and is sometimes followed by worship, a talk, discussion on issues facing men in the 21st Century, and ministry.
